The railway building machine creates tracks. This can only be done at a slow pace. When you do this at a fast pace, then the tracks do not stick to each other. You can also drive without the tracks being laid with the "lift system". This system keeps the tracks in the air. The driving is done with two large motors, the lifting is done with the medium motors.
