WAREHOUSE

Here I present to you the automatic warehouse. The warehouse has room for 20 items and mainly consists of 3 parts. The warehouse, the loading and unloading system and finally the robot that brings the items to the correct compartment. All electronics are mounted on this last part. The ev3 brick, a large motor for the x-movement with accompanying touch sensor, a large motor for the y-movement with accompanying touch sensor and a medium motor for the z-movement. The z movement uses a double rope winding system. One of the 2 rollers, which move in opposite directions by 2 small gears, will always pull the wire. The other will rewind the remaining rope. You can easily operate the automatic warehouse using the buttons on the ev3 brick. The system gives an error when the warehouse is full or when you want to pick an item from an empty place. The robot can be detached from the magazine, then you can turn 4 little feet for possible repairs or to charge your ev3.
